Research On Success Factors Of Software Outsourcing Partnership

In recent years,software outsourcing has developed rapidly,but the software outsourcing failure rate is still very high,especially in China's software enterprises at the low end of the software outsourcing value chain.Due to lack of management and technical experience,software outsourcing failure rate accounts for more than 50%.It also seriously affected the software outsourcing partnership.This paper deeply analyzes the actual needs and failure reasons of software outsourcing,and studies the software outsourcing partnership from the perspective of success factors.Success factor management is used to ensure the success of software outsourcing partnership and software outsourcing projects,and to provide long-term cooperation for software outsourcing partnership.In this paper,through search and query in the foreign top journal database(Elsevier Science Direct full-text database and Springer Link full-text journal database,etc.)and CNKI for the research literatures on software outsourcing partnership success factor in the past 15 years,and screened out 76 Chinese and foreign literatures on success factors of software outsourcing partnership.A study and analysis of 76 Chinese and foreign literatures,and identified 32 success factors.Through literature review,it is found that the existing literatures researches the shortcomings of the success factors of software outsourcing partnership,and it is necessary to sort out and screen the existing 32 success factors.In order to select the scientific and rationality of success factors,a screening criteria for success factors was established.According to the whole process of software outsourcing partnership,from the three stages of partnership selection,partnership management to partnership evaluation,we combing,screening and establishing the success factors of the system to form a success factor system.In order to effectively play the role of success factors and improve the success rate of software outsourcing partnership,this paper proposes implementation methods for each success factor and carries out management of success factors.In order to verify the rationality and specific effects of the success factors of software outsourcing partnerships,this paper further validates and improves the implementation of software outsourcing partnership success factors based on the real case.According to the problems that may arise and the actual problems in the development of software outsourcing projects,the corresponding success factors are found out.According to the problems and the corresponding success factors,the implementation methods of success factors are proposed to ensure the successful outsourcing of information system projects and maintain the partnership.This paper will provide reference and reference for the theoretical study of the success factors of software outsourcing partnership.It also provides a reference for the implementation of other software outsourcing partnership success factors to improve the success rate of software outsourcing partnership.
