With the development of mobile communication,RF frequency of information terminals is getting higher and higher.The large-scale application of microwave filters is imperative.High performance and miniaturization are important topics in filter research.This topic focuses on the planar microstrip filter and studies its characteristics and miniaturization methods.Beginning with the basic theory of filter,the method of analysis and synthesis of microstrip filter is described gradually.On the same parameters,several BPF microstrip filters are analyzed and synthesized,especially the cross-coupling filters with quasi-elliptic function response characteristics are studied in details,and a novel BPF filter with high performance is given.Dependence on the basic split-square-ring,a new inner multi-loaded resonator is captured.It is more miniaturized,and the cross-coupling filter comprised with the new ones with high performance is simulated.
