Compressive sensing theory(CS)is the design basis of the single-pixel camera system.In the 1970 s and 1980 s,Prony,a French mathematician,proposed an algorithm related to sparse signals.With the continuous research and exploration of relevant scientists,finally,scientists such as Candes?Romberg?Tao and Donoho proposed a complete compressive sensing theory in 2004.Compressive sensing theory is also called compressed sampling.In fact,compressive sensing theory abandons the redundant information in current signal sampling.It directly obtains compressed samples from continuous time signal transformationIn recent years,there have been quite a number of theoretical and applied foundations,including in the field of image processing,computer science,geophysics,signal processing and applied mathematics.The single-pixel camera was first proposed by Rice university in a paper published in 2006.Its main feature is that it breaks the traditional image acquisition mode of multi-pixel sensor(CCD or CMOS)and combines the single-pixel detector with DMD digital micro mirror to achieve the purpose of digital imaging.The specific research work of this subject is as follows:This topic will introduce and discuss the compressive sensing theory in detail,discuss the disadvantages of traditional sampling,then introduce the features and advantages of compressed sensing theory,discuss its mathematical model in detail,and analyze and discuss each link of sparse sampling of compressive sensing theory in detail.Then,the components of the traditional single-pixel camera are introduced,including the system construction part,software setting part and algorithm recovery part.This paper also discusses the problems in traditional single-pixel camera experiments,and discusses the causes of these problems in detail.Through to the traditional single pixel camera system of low speed imaging study,put forward the improvement project of three,including light path with two fiber collimating lens collocation acquisition light path to replace traditional cage lens optical path,software in the new design of high-speed signal acquisition scheme replaced the old low speed sampling plan,control algorithm is proposed on the double scale matrix algorithm,through the improvement project of three new camera imaging system with the two kinds of single pixel resolution ability of fast high quality video imaging.Finally,since the single-pixel imaging system uses a unit detector,this means that the system has good expandability and is also the single-pixel camera's greatest advantage.By changing the wavelength range of the light source,the detector is changed to have a peak at a corresponding wavelength Responsive detector successfully achieved multispectral single-pixel imaging.Single pixel camera put forward by the new high quality video imaging system is modular,each device has a lot of alternative options are available,and the matrix algorithm and recovery algorithm also has a lot of room to improve,and single pixel camera also has a strong portability,even can realize terahertz band video imaging,this provides a new way of thinking to replace the X-ray detector.
