Study Of Scene Theme In Text-to-Scene Conversion

With the advent of the era of big data,the computing efficiency of computers has become higher and higher,and the artificial intelligence technology has been booming.These technologies provide larger development opportunity for the text-to-scene conversion.Nowadays,the text-to-scene conversion system can convert texts into scenes when the text input is strictly limited.And if the strict restrictions on input are moderately limited,the system can convert scenes with a specific scene theme.Therefore,when we know the scene theme of text,we can get the essential information when we reason out the scene quickly,such as the common entities in the scene,the attributes of common entities and spatial relation of each common entity.However,there are very few researches on the theme of the scene in the current text-to-scene conversion.So that this thesis focuses on the research of scene theme in text-to-scene conversion.This thesis makes intensive studies of the notion of scene theme,the characteristics of scene theme,the extraction of scene theme and the relation reasoning among scene themes on the basis of the introductions of the process of text-to-scene conversion and the current methods of topic extraction of documents.First,this thesis collects the corpus from the Internet and annotates the scene theme of each text.Then,defines the scene theme by analyzing the scene theme in depth.And compares the differences between the scene theme and topic of a document.Then researches characteristics of scene theme,including the part-of-speech of scene theme,the classification of scene theme and relations of scene theme.Next,for the problem of scene theme extraction,according to the statistical characteristics of scene theme,this thesis illustrates a method of the scene theme extraction based on scene lexicon and conducts a series of experiments to verify the precision of this method.Then,to reason out the relation of scene theme in a multiple scene,this thesis makes the preliminary reasoning of spatial relation and chronological order of scene theme.The results of a series of experiments shows the feasibility of the methods this thesis illustrated.And the relative work of this thesis provides the foundation for further study of scene theme analysis and reasoning in text-to-scene conversion.
