Wireless Body Area Networks(WBANs)which is also known as a body area sensor network or a physiological medical sensor network is the core component of many telemedicine applications.In some fields of health care related to personal medicine and family medicine,remote monitoring of human physiological signals using wireless body area network is a promising research direction.The hardware devices in WBANs are more lightweight and portable compared to the same wired devices.The WNANs for remote monitoring of physiological signals is often composed of multiple wireless sensor nodes which complete the collection of physiological data,and then patients can collect multiple types of physiological data through a number of sensor nodes deployed on the body.However,there are many challenges in this kind of application.Firstly,these sensors in WBANs transmit the collected data through the wireless media.Because of the high access to the wireless media,the wireless body area network is very vulnerable to interference.The malicious attack hinders the transmission of data in the wireless body area network.This thesis proposes a passive anti-jamming mechanism for WBAN.Such mechanism includes interference detection and interference defense.In particular,by detecting the changing state of delay and packet loss rate,interference attack can be effectively detected.Then,by using channel sensing method,the channel allocation scheme can be adjusted adaptively to resist the interference attack.Secondly,because the data in WBANs is associated with the user personal information,security privacy leaks may happen when monitoring physiological characteristics by using the WBANs,such as eavesdropping attack and tampering attack.This thesis proposes a lightweight node authentication and information encryption mechanism,which only relies on the channel characteristics of WBANs.In particular,the real-time key is generated through the authentication between the sensor and the coordinator using their RSS of transmission channel.The realization of low bit's inconsistency rate and high bit's generation rate is an important question in the process of generating a real time key.Therefore,the inconsistent bits are firstly removed to preprocess the data,and then the problems of the bit's inconsistency and low bit rate generation are solved by multidimensional quantization.At last,we conclude our work and show our plan in future work.
