With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the influx of intelligent terminal equipment,the sharp increase in the scale and application requirements of wireless networks has become increasingly acute with the existing network service quality.The phenomenon of unreasonable resource allocation and uneven load in the network occur frequently.At the same time,traditional wireless network architectures have great shortcomings in terms of management difficulty and scalability,which is not conducive to collecting resource information in wireless networks,and the entire network decision process becomes very difficult.The rise of Software Defined Networking(SDN)provides new ideas for solving the problems of difficult resource management and poor scalability in the traditional wireless network architecture.Simultaneously,it has the advantages of a centralized management,control perspective and programming customization.For wireless local area networks favored by mobile users in daily life,if the terminal can not be guided to select a suitable wireless access point,then the load of some access points may be overloaded and the service quality of the access point may be deteriorated.However,some access points may be in a light load state,wasting a lot of resources.Therefore,this paper proposes a load balance algorithm based on software-defined wireless local area network.It uses the access point bandwidth usage rate as a load indicator.With software-defined network,the controller periodically checks the load conditions of each access point in the current network.The load balance factor is introduced to determine whether the current network system load is balanced.If it is not balanced,then a load state decision threshold factor is introduced to determine the different states of the access points in the system.The next step is to confirm the candidate terminal of the overloaded access point and select the appropriate access point for candidate terminals by calculating the K value.In the end,the controller performs transfer for candidate terminal.Simulation results show that theproposed algorithm can effectively balance the load of the network system and improve the average throughput of the network system.For heterogeneous wireless network scenarios,this paper proposes a multi-attribute load balancing algorithm based on software-defined heterogeneous wireless networks.The controller determines a set of accessible networks for the terminal according to the possibility of network access,and constructs a network attribute matrix by calculating parameters such as aggregated bandwidth,aggregation delay,aggregated power consumption,and aggregation cost of each accessible network set.The corresponding weights of network attributes form a multi-attribute decision problem,and this problem is solved by using grey correlation analysis.Finally,according to the load conditions of different networks,the controller divides the data flow into different networks in different proportions.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm not only can effectively improve user satisfaction,but also can balance the load of each base station.
