With the development of economy,standardized management,low cost of public security and corporate security system has become the first choice of the enterprises.However,the traditional security and safety technology(SST)has been gradually unable to adapt to the modern enterprise demand for security.The traditional SST can not satisfy the emergencies,rapid and effective response in this field.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and utilize modern sensor technology to realize low cost security monitoring in the factory.We proposed the design of infrared monitoring and alarm technology based on sensor technology,data acquisition microcomputer control technology and VC and MFC programming technology.Through monitoring the sensor in the perimeter of the factory area,the sensor detects the change of the signal in the perimeter of the enterprise area,and the output signal is sent to the computer of the control center through the acquisition card analog to digital conversion.In the computer,the software interface of the security system is coded according to the location of sensors,coding for different regions and sensors,judging the status of the monitoring area by collecting the collected data,and using the image and text to alert the security personnel.By setting the sensor's detection function,the system can test the sensor and feedback its working state before monitoring,so as to ensure the reliability of the system.Considering the actual security enterprise area is larger,in order to ensure the timely treatment of the sudden situation,the system software design has added the function of network communication.By calling the network instant messaging software,the system sends text messages to appear the security area alarm personnel on duty of the mobile phone,to ensure timely processing of alarm status.The system designed in the thesis has accomplished the detection and danger warning of the safety of the factory area.The system has the characteristics of low cost,strong expansibility,strong practicality,easy maintenance and popularization.Through the laboratory test,the expected target has been achieved,and the false alarm rate and the rate of missing report are below 5%,which can effectively guarantee the safety of the enterprise's factory property and have a certain reference value in the practical application.
