With the rapid growth and widely applications of wireless communication technology,the requirement of radio monitoring has become an urgent issue nowadays.For a specific model full-band monitoring equipment development requirement,this thesis presents a comprehensive and indepth study on the design and implementation of the frequency converter unit for radio frequency equipment in the transceiver of communication simulator.Both the theoretical analysis and product test are discussed and implemented.At first,this thesis briefly introdcues some background knowledge and research significance of the transceiver RF equipment,and analyzes the technical requirements and design concept.Some important performance parameters are analyzed including full-band transceive,high resolution frequency output,fast frequency hopping speed,low phase noise,and spurious suppression,etc.After comparing and analyzing the performance and structure complexity in of multiple frequencies synthesizer schemes,this thesis selected DDS + PLL proposal to complete the design task.Both the active and passive loop filter design algorithm and DDS spurious suppression algorithms are proposed for PLL and DDS,respectively,which are also verified by theoretical analysis and sample product test.The final completed converter unit has been thoroughly tested and fully achieved expected performance. |
