With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology and the increasing complexity of traditional signal processing,signal processing in higher frequency segments makes conventional active filters inaccurate in accuracy,linearity,and tuning requirements.Satisfactory,Gm-C filters have gradually entered people's sights due to their high operating frequency and low power consumption,and are increasingly used in various occasions.This topic is to design a dual-band Gm-C bandpass filter for Doppler receiver front-end signal processing.This design firstly designs the overall structure and component parameters of the filter according to the index requirements at the system level,and determines the cascade of sub-filters using the 6-stage 12-order biquadratic structure to form the overall filter;then the sub-module The design mainly includes differential transconductance amplifier with common mode feedback circuit and current reference module,and builds the whole circuit according to the cascade method of bandpass filter,and then carries out corresponding simulation verification;final y,in Huahong 0.35 um CMOS process Perform circuit construction and layout drawing.For the layout design,it is necessary to add IO,bonding-pad,Sealring,etc.to the periphery of the filter to complete the design of the complete layout,and then pass the DRC(Design Rule Check)and the LVS(Layout Versus Schematic),and give the post simulation results to verify the filter function.The overall layout area of the 6M center frequency designed in this paper is 4200?m×2320?m,and the overall layout area of the 12 M center frequency is also 4200?m×2320?m.Through post-simulation,it can be concluded that the designed filter basically meets the expected index requirements,the filter passband width satisfies the requirement of ±500KHz,and the attenuation at the 1MHz from the center frequency exceeds 30 dB,and the passband ripple is less than 0.3dB.The insertion loss is less than 3dB.
