In 2005,the listed companies went through a new stage after the split share structure reform.Market value is not only reflected in the value of enterprises,but also guides the transformation of enterprises.Market capitalization has become an urgent requirement to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of listed companies and shareholders.But at present,some listed companies,under the banner of market value management,manipulate stock prices by means of information asymmetry,related party transactions and other illegal activities,which affect the enthusiasm of managers of listed companies for company management.For the market,information is seriously distorted,and the data and information after whitewashing lack research value.Therefore,we should rationally define the boundary of market value management,so that listed companies return to the basic corporate governance structure.Listed companies strive to improve management,management and corporate governance to create value for shareholders,the market will accept the company's tendency to enhance value,and will give a positive evaluation.If the performance of stock price is too much,it will result in market manipulation strictly prohibited by law.Therefore,market value management should mainly take effective measures from the perspective of company management operations to enhance the market recognition of company value.This paper mainly studies the market value management strategy and supporting system of YGSOFT INC.This paper expounds the problems in the market value management of YGSOFT INC.from three aspects: core competitiveness,marketing and capital operation,and makes a deep analysis to determine the causes of the problems.Independent innovation is out of line with the changes of the market,the innovation mechanism is obviously absent,and the talent management has no reasonable reserve plan,which restrict the promotion of enterprise competitiveness;poor product and quality customer experience,single market and customer groups,imperfect marketing mechanism,lack of brand culture construction and protection awareness,so that enterprises Marketing development situation is constrained;merger and reorganization selection is single,equity incentives are not clear,making it difficult to optimize the allocation of resources in the capital operation of enterprises,thus affecting the purpose of maximizing the value of enterprises.To cater to the changes of the market,strengthen independent innovation,improve the deficiency of the existing innovation mechanism,strengthen the management of enterprise talents,set up a reasonable reserve plan,through these explorations,strive to improve the innovative ability of enterprises;to improve product quality,stabilize the existing market,open up new markets,improve the marketing system and plan products Brand extension is the key point to enhance the marketing ability,and from the aspects of mergers and acquisitions,equity incentives to achieve the upgrading of capital operation ability.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of these solutions,we have formulated the corresponding safeguard measures,from a deeper dimension to ensure the effectiveness of management problem solving.To formulate the management methods of enterprise innovation,marketing and capital operation,and put forward the performance appraisal indicators to promote enterprise innovation,marketing and capital operation management,so as to ensure that the market value management ability is feasible and has a good effect.Through the research on the market value management of YGSOFT INC.,this paper puts forward the theoretical guidance,strengthens the company's market competitiveness,enhances the company's intrinsic value,and ultimately promotes the sustainable development of the company.
