In the fields of aviation,aerospace,weapons,high-precision 3D measurement of high-speed moving targets is required.But high-speed motion can cause targets imaging blur.That will lead to a decrease in the accuracy of 3D reconstruction or even fail to reconstruct.To solve this problem,this paper studied the relevant theories and methods in coded marks which were designed for motion blur effects,blur coded marks recognition and blur no-coded marks 3D reconstruction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Marks encoded by Chinese character were designed,which had high discrimination under motion imaging blur effect.Then use coded marks and no-coded marks as 3D reconstruction targets under motion imaging blur effect.In order to segment marks from images and locate the centers of static marks,a segmentation algorithm and a location algorithm were proposed.(2)The method for generating motion blur image based on camera imaging model was improved.And the interference model was added to make simulation images closer to real images.A new blur degree definition method was given.Combining the superimposed blur imaging model with the virtual camera method to generate dynamic simulation images of marks.The convolutional neural network was trained by a large number of simulation images,so that it could accurately identify the Chinese character coded marks in the state of clear or motion blur.(3)On the basis of using the recognition network to complete the blur Chinese character coded marks' recognition and matching,the blur no-coded marks' matching was completed by the homography relationship,and then the preliminary 3D reconstruction of the coded and no-coded marks were realized.The optimization function of the marks' in-frame path was constructed with the goal of minimizing the difference between the dynamic simulation image generated by the binocular stereo vision system and the dynamic real image.A method for determining the initial value of the Chinese character coded marks and the no-coded marks' in-frame path was given respectively.Finally,the optimized coded and no-coded marks' in-frame paths were obtained,and the midpoint was taken as the final reconstruction result.(4)The 3D reconstruction method of moving targets under the effect of imaging blur was experimentally verif ied.The reconstruction error doesn't exceed 0.1mm in the applicable range.The experimental results show that the method is feasible and the reconstruction accuracy is high.
