| With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,in order to adapt to the development trend of the Internet insurance market,the investment in Internet insurance has gradually increased because of the cost saving and the need of innovation.Insurance companies or new Internet insurance intermediaries provide customers with life cycle insurance sales and management services through the Internet.China's Internet insurance has also gradually transferred from the traditional B2 C model to the B2 B model,and the new Internet insurance channel is becoming more and more demanding for the insurance company's docking with the Internet third parties.Because the docking channel time has successively,the construction of the third party channel for the insurance company is scattered,the application system architecture is not uniform,the development language is diverse,and the communication mode is varied.Some insurance companies simply integrate the transaction,but there is no solution to the abstract and configuration of the transaction and the allocation of transaction process,which leads to the poor reusability and low scalability of the transaction.The Message switching of the original trading system is realized by the code and which cause high cost of the development and maintenance;The transaction cannot be monitored by the original transaction system.In view of the above problems,based on the in-depth analysis of the requirements of the Internet insurance trading system,this paper takes BPM(Business Process Management,transaction process management)technology as the research background,and puts forward a set of Internet insurance trading system based on BPM technology.The system uses BPM components,message conversion components,system monitoring components to solve problems such as the transaction process cannot be configured,message conversion is not configurable,and transaction cannot be monitored and so on.At present,the system has gone live in J insurance company,and the system is stable.The results show that the system provides a good solution for the problems existing in the original Internet insurance trading system.The main research results of this paper include:(1)Analyze and integrate the technology and business scene of the Internet third party channel of the insurance company,unified the architecture of application system,,disassemble and abstract the public components,realize process and message conversion part through configuration,reduce the number of manual docking code and the difficulties and workload of the Follow-up maintenance for multiple system.(2)A set of components based on BPM engine is designed and implemented,which solves the problem that the transaction process cannot be configured after the system decoupling and component disassembly,realizes the configuration of the transaction and service process,and improves the transaction scheduling and management problems.(3)A set of message conversion components based on XML technology is designed and implemented.The technology method of message rule engine is used to map and transform the message,realize the configuration of message nodes,and solve the problem of adaptation and mapping of heterogeneous message transformation.(4)The design and implementation of the transaction monitoring components,to solve the problem that original transaction system can only monitor the system hardware resources,but difficult to penetrate into the system,especially in the process of transaction processing,the operation of each transaction and detailed information cannot be accessed in real time.The problems of operation and maintenance supervision can also be solved by the components.(5)The function and performance test of the proposed system architecture transformation and the design and implementation of the public components are carried out,and the test results are analyzed.The practicability and effectiveness of the system design and technical scheme are verified,and the optimization measures are put forward for the good operation of the system. |
