Composed of telecommunication network,broadcasting network and Internet,development of heterogeneous network is promoting the user scale growth.Although TV is still a major way of video consumption for most people,many smart screen devices(smart phone,PAD,television,etc.)for collaborative consumption let users no longer limited to traditional TV watching under place and time constraints,as well as associated interaction between multiple screen synchronization consumer convenience and fun,gradually divided the habits of the user.Users watch television programs on TV transmitted via unidirectional broadcast networks,at the same time the second terminal on the smartphone can also use a bidirectional synchronous Internet to receive and broadcast the current moment associated auxiliary content,the new technologies are needed to control multiple terminal to synchronize these received from different network but content related diversified media resources.Based on heterogeneous network under the background of the connections between multiple content,index and synchronization,coupling of multiple content and more screen equipment,as well as the coupling interaction between the multi-screen equipment technology are studied and implemented in this paper.Smart Media Transport(SMT)protocol defines the Presentation Information(PI)file from the heterogeneous network control Common Encapsulation Unit(CEU)in terminal for synchronization.CEU premier encapsulation structure is presented in this paper to add tag field for marking and add Media Unit Relationship(MUR)file variety of methods,such as filling the blank of multimedia content classification technology in SMT protocol,implementation to give users more choices of media version of the right to improve the user experience while at the same time saving the repeated flow increase the transmission efficiency of multimedia data transmission.At the same time,we have eliminated the waste of storage resources.Multimedia content of network operators to provide a better classification,transport and storage solution.In this paper,on the basis of the integration of SMT protocol with Universal plug-in and Play(UPnP)technology,we put forward a set of main-PI and share-PI mechanism,making multiple terminals in home network environment to find each other flexibly and able to share media resource quickly.We have also implemented in screen synchronous correlation content of new entertainment consumption patterns.This paper analyzed the functional requirements and compared the variety of technical implementation plan,based on the developed a customized Chromium browser,we provide SMT protocol stack with the carrier,strengthen the function of its rendering engine which supports PI file defining elements and attributes,and emphatically analyzes the browser how to modify the underlying audio and video rendering module implements CEU continuous synchronization parsing.Through the analysis of test data with UTC time synchronization mechanism,a single terminal between audio and video synchronization error and the same set of video programming on multiple terminals at the same time synchronization error are all in the range of the human eye can accept.
