With the rapid development of Internet of things technology,wireless communication technology has been widely applied in intelligent home,intelligent medical care,intelligent transportation,RFID(Radio Frequency Identification),industrial telemetry and remote control,etc.Among them,ZigBee sensor is widely used in the Internet of things to collect data,with the advantages of low power consumption and low cost;WiFi network is the main way for mobile terminal devices to access the Internet at present,which has the characteristics of high transmission rate and wide coverage.However,the communication protocol and transmission mode between the two are completely different,resulting in the normal communication between the two,increasing the difficulty of many areas of work.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes and studies the ZigBee network and WiFi network,which are widely used in the Internet of things,with the purpose of realizing the equipment communication between the two networks and building a more convenient and intelligent Internet of things information system.The main work of this paper is as follows:Based on the analysis of data frame format and transmission mode of ZigBee protocol and WiFi protocol,this paper realizes the function of ZigBee gateway program to automatically analyze and convert addresses,as well as data re-encapsulation and other functions,by building address mapping table and data structure redefinition,etc.,so that ZigBee node data and WiFi network data can be interoperable.However,this kind of conversion mode is not suitable for the dynamic movement of ZigBee network nodes.In view of this situation,we consider the transparent transmission and conversion design of ZigBee and WiFi network to realize the dynamic networking of two heterogeneous protocols,so that the advantages of the two networking protocols can be brought into play to improve data transmission efficiency and reduce transmission power.Due to the limited memory of MCU,the micro-control unit of ZigBee coordinator,and the data transmission and receiving of serial ports are mainly completed by interrupting the system,the processing speed is slow.When the ZigBee node has a lot of data and the concurrent data flow is huge,network congestion and even packet loss are likely to occur.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a buffer,i.e.,ring FIFO queue,based on ZigBee main control chip STM32,so as to smoothly deal with the problem of MCU sending and receiving speed mismatch.By using the parameters of link bandwidth,transmit and receive rate,transmission file size and so on,the reasonable ring queue length is set up.
