Printed-circuit board(or PCB),especially of the multilayer,flexible,and green environment printing circuit board technology with stiffness and flexibility,is one of the future key developing field in the electronic information industry.Then,the plating production lines are used in the production of printed circuit boards.The main cause of the frequent fire accident is related to printed circuit board production enterprises in recent years.Therefore,to carry out the fire risk evaluation and control measures,prevent fire accidents,ensure the normal operation of the printed circuit board manufacturing enterprise are of very vital significance.In this paper,the printed circuit board production enterprise electroplating workshop's fire risk assessment and control are taken as the objectives.The identification of risk factors in electroplating workshop as a base,a risk assessment system of plating workshop fire was undertaken.And then the fire risk value of electroplating workshop and fire risk levels are analyzed with event-tree method and fault-tree analysis,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),etc.In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the electroplating workshop fire risk assessment system,investigation into a PCB electroplating workshop with examples and countermeasure through theoretical analysis are presented.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:(1)The difference of fire and fire development process between the printed circuit board manufacturing enterprise in electroplating workshop and the similiar workshop are analyzed.Some distinguishing features,such as rapid the fire spread,firefighting difficulty,personnel evacuation difficulty are revealed after analgsis.(2)12 key factors of fire,in electroplating workshop by event-tree method and fault-tree analysis are found out,which are included fire-resistive grade of buildings,fire hazard of production process,fire hazard of temporary storage,danger of temporary fire operation,working environment fire hazard,combustible goods fire load and so on.(3)By investigation into experts and questionnaire,the weight of fire risk factors is then determined.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to build the evaluation system of fire risk in electroplating workshop.(4)After the analysis of the fire causes of the electroplating workshop combining statistical date,the aging or degradation of cable insulation is considered as the key facters of fire in electroplating workshop.Then,taking the machine cable,with insulating layer of PVC as a case,its reliability and service life are predicted.(5)With the above results of a printed circuit board electroplating workshop,the feasibility of risk evaluation system is verified,the fire risk value is also calculated,and the fire risk ratings are then determined.By analysis each electroplating workshop fire resource,the aging or degradation of cable insulation is considered as the key causes of fire.Countermeasures against the fire risk and the sources of haggard are put forwarded.In conclusion,some measures to prevent the fire accident by analyzing the causes of the fire in PCB production enterprise electroplating workshop are put forwarded.It is of certain practical significance and guiding function to reduce accident and to achieve maximum safety production efficiency,and to build the fire safety system to improve the PCB enterprise's fire safety management system for a harmonious society.
