In the modern battlefield,because of the good concealment and strong survivability,multi station passive location system is getting more and more attention.With the increase of the target mobility,the development of stealth technology and the application of all kinds of jamming technology,the battlefield environment becomes more and more complex.Basing on multi station passive location systems,this paper studied the problem of maneuvering target tracking,the design of the fusion method of heterogeneous multi rate sensor,proposed the time delay compensation algorithm based on Kalman filter.The main contents of this paper will be introduced as following:1 The multi station passive location and tracking algorithm is studied.To solve the measurement equation nonlinear problem of multi station passive location systems,we use the method of conversion measuring,avoiding the extended Kalman filter(EKF)which introduced truncation error into the system.By combining interacting multiple model(IMM)and the conversion measurement algorithm,we use direction-finding location and direction-time combined location to achieve the maneuvering target tracking.2 For multi station passive location system in the area of memory multiple heterogeneous sensors with different sampling rates,we studied the information fusion of centralized fusion and distributed fusion.With principle of processing by time sequence,designed the multi station passive location method based on sequential fusion,which realized the real-time information fusion of heterogeneous multi rate measurement.For the distributed system with information filter,the fusion center improves the tracking accuracy by fused the filtering results of each subsystem in a fixed period.3 Discussed processing method of measurement information which has transmission time delay.Based on the analysis of the sources and the effects of time delay tracking error,the time delay processing algorithm is divided into two kinds,one with time mark and another gets no time mark.In the situation of time mark,based on the out-of-sequence measurements(OOSM)treatment algorithm,the compensation algorithm which could reduce the effects of time delay is designed.For no time mark,by priori information,the measurement is estimated,which could get the possible produce time of the measurement,then process the OOSM measurement directly and complete time delay compensation.
