As the arrival of LOT(Internet of Things),hacker attacks have emerged in an endless stream,and the issue of information security has attracted more attention.Under the threat of multiple hacker attacks,information has a huge security risk in transmission and storage.The proposed of PUF(Physical Unclonable Function)has enhanced the security of existing systems.Among them,SRAM-PUF(Static Random Access Memory PUF)are widely found in electronic devices has the advantages of simple structure and easy implementation,and are currently relatively mature forms of PUF.As a biometric encryption method,fuzzy vault has great security characteristics.However,the GAR(General Accept Rate)of the existing fuzzy vault is not high enough,and the security has an upper limit so that cannot meet the increasing security needs of users.This thesis proposed a noval fuzzy vault based on SRAM-PUF using "fingerprint characteristics" of SRAM-PUF.By testing the uniqueness and reliability of SRAM-PUF,stable and reliable SRAM-PUF eigenvalue acquisition methods are proposed.According to the existing scheme,this thesis designs a minutia descriptor based on SRAM-PUF,which can enhances the security of SRAM-PUF fuzzy vault,and realizes identity authentication,information encryption and key storage based on SRAM-PUF fuzzy vault.The fuzzy vault circuit based on SRAM-PUF designed in this project is implemented on the FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)chip of Cyclone IV series and finished the board level verification.The experimental results showed that GAR can reach 100%,and the maximum security can reach 702-bit.Users can choose the appropriate security level according to actual conditions.Compared with the existing fuzzy vault algorithm based on biometrics,the SRAM-PUF based fuzzy vault has advantages of higher security,higher GAR,lower design cost,simple structure and easier implementation.SRAM-PUF fuzzy vault can be widely used in such fields as identity authentication,information encryption,and key storage,and has a broad market prospect.
