The Design And Implementation Of A Digital Copyright Protection System Based On PhoneGap

In recent years,the rapid development of the mobile communications technology and internet technology and the fast increase of mobile intelligent terminal performance in terms of image processing and storage provide a great convenience to access and share digital content information.In the process of the spread of digital works,since these works' copyright and the related information questioning organization has not participation,the duplication of these digital works becomes easy and obtaining the related evidences of the infringement of these digital works is so difficult,the copyright of the digital work's author is infringed frequently.So,the copyright protection of digital works should be given high attention.Along with the rapid development o f mobile equipment's diversified business and intelligent terminal performance of a variety of mobile terminator device gradually improved,The application of digital works copyright protection system based on mobile equipment becomes a very important approach to the field of the digital works copyright protection.Being directed against the above issues,the paper based on the current development status quo of the cross-platform development tool on mobile platform,selecting a cross-platform native application development tools of PhoneGap,which is open source and supports standard HTML,CSS and JavaScript,and a cross-platform front-end development tools of jQuery Mobile,which is open source and based on jQuery based library,and digital watermarking technology and qr code technology,develops and implements a digital works copyright protection system based on PhoneGap.After a detailed requirement analysis,setting up a necessary important database system using the relevant knowledge of oracle database.And then dividing the digital copyright protection system into five modules in general,including the digital copyright registration,the digital copyright protection,the digital copyright query,user management and system management.The digital copyright registration module consists of two sub-modules,including work registration audit and message management;The digital copyright protection module consists of one sub-module,including digital watermarking;The digital copyright query module consists of two sub-modules,including work query and two-dimensional code scanning;User module consists of three sub-modules,including user login system,user information management and user logout system;System management module consists of two sub-modules,including system version management and system exit.Based on the detailed design of the system,developing and implementing a digital works copyright protection system based on PhoneGap,combines with the digital copyright protection WEB platform to achieve the JSON data format interactive.The successful on-line of the digital copyright protection system based on PhoneGap will greatly enhance people's awareness of the digital copyright protection and declaration,and provide a legal basis for the copyrighted work to effectively curb rampant piracy phenomenon.While it will greatly improve the work of approval and circulation processes for the office staff,conducive to rational use of resources,and reduce human errors and delays,thereby improving work efficiency.
