Synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is the main technology of microwave imaging sensor.As a technique to acquire the information of microwave remote sensing image,Synthetic aperture radar is playing a more and more important role in the field of civil and military detection.Microwave imaging is a way of active imaging,Radar transmit electromagnetic waves,which are irradiated in the target,and then reflect back to the radar receiver,Getting the geographic image by means of signal processing,So the radar image is a kind of microwave image,Because of the important role of SAR in military and civil application,It has practical significance and application prospect to judge the quality of SAR image,Therefore,It is very important for SAR image quality assessment and its application.Firstly,This paper describes and illustrates the algorithm of SAR imaging,The premise of image quality assessment is from the original echo data after imaging to get SAR images,The follow-up focus is on the traditional SAR image quality evaluation parameters from the mathematical definition and physical meaning and detailed description,then pointed out its advantages and disadvantages,And proposing SAR distributed target imaging quality evaluation method.In this paper,Focusing on the SAR image quality evaluation parameters based on the above introduced,The high accuracy of the software platform to simulate the experimental data,After that,the concept of the imaging chain is extended,and all the links in the imaging chain are ignored,and the quality of the starting port and the terminal output of the imaging chain is considered.And finally combined with the subjective evaluation method of SAR image quality evaluation,Getting the final comprehensive quality assessment.In addition,In this paper,An overall evaluation about SAR image quality evaluation parameters and technology is given,then give an introduce of the future development of SAR image quality evaluation technology.
