| In modern industrial automation systems,data interoperation which is between manufacturing equipment and production managers is increasingly frequent.The integration and complexity of the system has become higher and higher.Additionally,in industry site,data collection systems need to converge and process different types of data and transfer these to the consumer.Meanwhile,with the trend of informatization and globalization in manufacturing,the industrial control network become more opening gradually from the past to modern,and the data security has become a problem that can't be ignored in the system.Based on the industry trends,how to achieve a unified data acquisition interface and how to ensure the data security are two main problem that need be solved.This thesis focuses on these two kinds of problems.First,using the four-axis robot as the representative of the industrial field equipment and researching OPC UA(OPC Unified Architecture)protocol as an interface of data exchange.Then,the security risks faced by OPC UA application of network environment are analyzed,and the overall solution of OPC UA client integrated with security module is put forward.Finally,the test platform is built to verify the design content.Specifically,the following work has been finished:1.Unify the data exchange interface of the four-axis robot by using the OPC UA protocol,and accomplishes the real-time data acquisition of the robot.2.The security threats faced by OPC UA applications in the process of data exchange are evaluated,according to the security situation of Industrial Control Network,study and implement an intrusion detection algorithm based on deep learning.The performance of this algorithm be verified.3.Develop and implement OPC UA data acquisition client integrated with intrusion detection security module,test and verify that OPC UA application for security module has excellent network attack detection ability by simulate network attack on test platform. |
