As 4G communication technology becomes increasingly popular,LTE intelligent terminals have become an indispensable information tool in people's daily life.The popularity of mobile terminals brings us more and more convenience,but it also causes more and more information security problems.In the occasions which need high security,it is necessary to disable communication in case of betray confidential matters.Therefore,research on management and control of LTE terminal has realistic and vital significance.This thesis aims to implement a LTE terminal control device based on signal procedure,which is independent of communication operator.The device is able to acquire the identity of specific user equipment and can deny some users' communication request withou influencing others' communication.Further more,the device can agent the voice and SMS service of specific subscribers.Firstly,according to LTE system's characteristic,this thesis analyzes the feasibility of three kinds of crucial technologies which are acquiring terminals' identities,inducing LTE terminal to reselect the new cell,the combination of LTE and GSM communication management.This thesis improves the traditional virtual base station method to propose a new method of combination of LTE and GSM communication management based on signal procedure.This thesis gives the total procedure of this communication management method.Secondly,this thesis splits the communication management system into four parts,namely,the module of acquiring LTE system information,the module of acquiring subscribers' identities,the module of redirection and the module of man in the middle.This thesis also does detailed research and design on these four submodules.Thirdly,this thesis implements the LTE terminal management and control system with soft-defined radio technology.By using the hardware Motolora C118 mobile phone and OsmocomBB open source project,the device implements the module of acquiring subscribers' identities.By using USRP B210 and open source project OpenLTE,the device implements the virtual LTE base station.By modifying the source code of OpenLTE,the device implements the module of redirection.By using USRP B210,OpenBSC,OsmocomBB and C118,the device implements the module of man in the middle.Finally,the testing environment and test the functionality of terminal control system is built.Testing results show that terminal control system can realize specific signal procedure to block the communication of target subscribers and agent the communication service of target subscribers.
