Nowadays, with the continuous development of artificial intelligence and big data, wireless communications will gradually achieve the goal of all things connected in the future.Wireless sensor network(WSN),which consist of a large number of low-cost and low-power sensor nodes, have also received enough attention and development. The main problem in the WSN is that the limited energy of nodes will affects the life cycle of the WSN directly. In addition, sensor nodes are usually arranged at places where humans have difficulty getting batteries replaced. Therefore, under the premise of limited sensor node energy, how to improve the efficiency of energy utilization in the network and prolong the life cycle of the network is the main exploration point in this field. The main energy in the sensor nodes are used for data transmission, while the routing protocol based on the clustering structure can effectively prolong the life cycle of the network in network scalability and energy saving. This thesis focus on this topic, and research on the node energy unevenness and hot spot effect in clustering routing protocols of WSN.Then this thesis builds a new clustering routing protocols. The research contents are as follows:1.The existing WSN clustering routing algorithm based on game theory has not clearly defined the node payoff and cost.Besides,it is not enough to study the optimal value of node revenue function. Therefore, the optimal cluster head cannot be truly selected so as to achieve a balanced energy consumption of the nodes. To solve this problem, the definition of node payoff and cost is defined in this thesis. And a repeated game model is constructed to obtain the second-order revenue function of the node. Then the convex optimization method is used to obtain the maximum value. Finally,it is proved that the node is in Nash Equilibrium when the maximum of the revenue function is obtained.Based on this, the Energy-Balance Clustering based on Game Theory(ECGT)is proposed based on game theory.Through simulation, this protocol can effectively balance the energy between nodes and improve the network life cycle.2.Adopting multi-hop data transmission mode in WSN will cause some nodes to consume too much energy before other nodes due to excessive forwarding tasks, which will causing hot spot effect. In this thesis,Unequal Clustering Routing Mechanism Based on Variable-Weight Fuzzy Logic(UCR-VF)is proposed for hot spot effect. This protocol considers node degree, distance between CH and BS,and energy balance of nodes.Theweight of each rule is obtained by the similarity between the values of the above three parameters and fuzzy inference rules. This weight can vary with the parameter value. Then, this thesis use the constructed variable weight fuzzy logic model to find the node's probability of becoming cluster head and the cluster radius of cluster head.Through simulation, this protocol effectively solves the problem of network hot spot effect.
