In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data,machine learning and other technologies,human society is entering an increasingly intelligent society,and the interaction between people and machines is becoming more and more common.Among them,action interaction is the most intuitive,most complicated and most important way of interaction.Especially in the field of robots,through the interaction between human and robot,human control of robots can be realized,coding can be reduced,and it is more convenient and efficient.However,most of the action interactive robots tend to be used in the game entertainment industry.There are few applications in industry or special industries,especially in some dangerous work places,such as technology explosion removal,disaster relief and so on.In these situations,robots need to be as flexible as human beings in dealing with unexpected situations on the spot.Based on this requirement,this paper designs a biped humanoid robot by using the technology of action interaction,image processing and wireless transmission,which realizes the function of recognizing and tracking human motion under complex conditions.In this paper,image processing is added to Kinect's original image acquisition,which reduces the influence of external illumination,background and other factors,and greatly improves the efficiency of human body capture,and the accuracy rate reaches more than 90%.When calculating the angles of human joints in space,this paper combines the space vector and plane projection to solve the problem of inaccurate calculation of the angle of motion when human is in a special position,and applies it to the humanoid robot,so that the rotation angles of the joints of the robot are accurate and there is no data fluctuation.When transmitting data,the AT is used to build its own local area network,wireless WIFI transmission is used,a new data transmission protocol is established,and the servo control algorithm is designed to realize the stable transmission of data and linkage control of multiple servos.Experiments show that the robot can recognize and track the human body motion well in a complex environment with stable data and accurate motion.It proves that the image processing,joint angle calculation and data transmission methods proposed in this paper have good research significance and practical application value.
