This paper for special applications in the fields of palletizing robot in pallet is studied and solved,mainly from the pallet the optimization of robot ontology requirements of robot ontology,to the end of the packaging bags actuator design and the analysis of hand carried on the design and check and control system for palletizing robot used for the redesign,make control system more convenient and effective service the pallet industry,due to lack of professional maintenance staff to pallet industry robot application problems,puts forward the remote monitoring,the visual system and function of remote debugging and so on,eliminates the use of enterprise of palletizing robot,The specific research results obtained are as follows:(1)the overall structure of the robot and the construction of the robot control system are analyzed,and the external dimension parameters,motion parameters and adaptive range of the robot used for palletizing are introduced in detail.The suitable stacking robot and optimal control system are selected according to different specifications and different beats.(2)the palletizing robot manipulator and the base of the rotating actuator at the end of the implementation plan,implementation plan,implementation of high precision gear reducer,servo motor and drive the implementation of the scheme are expounded,the base of mechanical arm,arm 1,2,3 machinery,mechanical arm and wrist has carried on the analysis,the actuator at the end of the girder,measure,clutch cylinder,pressure cylinder bearing rigidity and intensity are analyzed.(3)the main technical parameters and overall structure design of the stacking robot are expounded,and the contour size,motion range and basic specification table of the robot body are clarified.The names of all parts of the robot are explained,and the key components of the robot are optimized and analyzed.The dynamic load of the packing bag was analyzed,the load of the pressure cylinder on the packing bag and the force of the finger opening and closing mechanism were analyzed,the force of the pressure bag mechanism and the finger opening and closing cylinder seat were analyzed,and the stress of the beam and the longitudinal beam were analyzed.(4)A new upgrade of the control system of stacking robot is made,which integrates remote monitoring system,robot vision system,robot remote diagnosis and debugging system.It is of great significance to improve the intelligence of stacking robots and to make them be popularized and applied.
