Firstly,The article makes the etymology of the algorithm concept and explains and distinguishes it at different levels,clarifies the relationship between the algorithm and related concepts,and introduces the main fields involved in algorithmic concepts and its effects.Secondly,it analyzes the structural basis of human cognition,the cognitive function of human is compared with the function of computer processing information through Turing test and Von Neumann's support,which confirms the realistic basis of the realization of "machine thinking".It also demonstrates the possible basis for the isomorphism of algorithm and cognition.Then,under the background of the continuous progress of AI,the philosophical implication of machine learning algorithm,which is the core technology of AI,is emphatically analyzed.The thinking simulation and creation of machine learning is a new milestone in the development of human consciousness,which gives philosophers a new topic on how to recognize,simulate and improve human cognitive ability.Then analyzes the learning mode of machine learning algorithm for the cognitive process.Combined with machine learning algorithm,this paper further analyses the cognitive process of human beings and interprets the cognitive essence of human beings through machine learning algorithm,discusses the algorithmic essence of cognition and triggers new philosophical thinking.While illustrating some similarities between cognitive and machine learning algorithms,the finitenesss and development space of this similarity is pointed out.Finally,three philosophical questions are put forward to be explored.This paper also discusses the difficulties of machine learning algorithm,such as its inability to fully simulate human cognition,which provides a new way for the brain "algorithm"(universality and plasticity,etc.)to guide the possibility of machine learning algorithm.At the same time,the accuracy of the algorithm and the developing machine learning algorithm,especially the very important cognitive computation at present,are overcoming the existence of human cognition.The "fallacy" in turn enlightens the cognitive research of human.Therefore,we should use philosophy to guide the innovative research of algorithms,so that the proposed newalgorithms will positively affect cognitive research,so that both of them are constantly "constructed" and "reciprocal".
