| It is an important way for enterprises to promote core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development by the optimization of product structure,improvement of product quality and enrichment of product connotation through technological innovation to improve customer satisfaction and customer consumption experience value.This paper put forward innovative enterprise technology innovation route,tools and methods,based on a comprehensive use of the theory of machinery,management science,mathematical statistics and other disciplines,and the current technological innovation research,provides new ideas and methods for enterprises to determine technological innovation direction and formulate technological innovation strategy based on an empirical analysis of two mechanical processing and manufacturing enterprises.In the research process,this paper proposes the hypothesis of the influence of product factors on customer satisfaction and consumption experience value from the perspective of the customer,collects primary data through interviews and questionnaires,verifies the research hypothesis through reliability and validity analysis and mathematical statistical analysis,puts forward the systematic,rational and objective suggestions of technological innovation to provide decision-making support for enterprises to determine the direction and strategy of technological innovation based on the conclusion of the empirical study.Based on market demand,this paper explains which aspects of product technology innovation should be carried out by enterprises,so as to enrich the perspective of enterprise technology innovation,further deepen the research on technology innovation in the field of market demand,and have positive significance for guiding enterprises to carry out effective technology innovation. |
