Internet of Things technology is the focus of research at home and abroad,and it is also an emerging technology that is currently developing in China.Based on the application background of current popular IoT video sensing,this paper adds a computer vision-related technology to traditional monitoring with the successful experience of the existing intelligent security monitoring system,and provides a complete intelligent monitoring system based on the IoT.The paper conducts in-depth study on the intelligent monitoring system.Through the analysis of the relevant technologies used in the process of designing the intelligent monitoring system,the transmission protocol and coding standard of the system are determined.Then combined with the development trend of the monitoring system,the design requirements of the system are clarified.According to the design requirements,the overall design and hardware selection scheme of the system are given.The hardware selection mainly includes the hardware platform core,video acquisition equipment,SMS and voice alarm module and sensor module.Selection.Furthermore,the moving target detection algorithm of intelligent module is studied.The background difference method is selected as the core algorithm of the intelligent module according to the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm based on the analysis of the common moving target dectection algorithm.At the same time,for the shortness of the temporal median filter background initialization method,like poor robustness and limitation,an improved median filtering background initialization method is proposed.The experimental results show that the background image estimated by the improved algorithm in different scenarios has better performance and robustness in multiple objective evaluation metrics.Finally,the software design scheme of the system and the implementation methods of each module are given.Firstly,the Linux-based development environment is built on the Raspberry Pi,then the video image captured by the system using the V4L2 framework is encoded by H.264 encoding technology,and then the encoded video data is transmitted to the China Mobile OneNet video cloud platform through the RTMP realtime message transmission protocol,the cloud storage and forwarding of the video is realized by the OneNet cloud platform;Meanwhile the environmental data collected by each type of sensor in the intelligent monitoring system is uploaded to the OneNet cloud platform through the MQTT protocol and realized the full-scale stereo monitoring of the monitoring site.The system test result shows that the intelligent monitoring system solution based on the IoT can realize the self-alert alarm for the abnormal situation of the monitoring location.The remote user can view various types of information at the monitoring location through mobile terminals such as mobile phones.The system is intelligent,highly digitized,and practical.
