Industrial cluster refers to special industrial institutions highly correlated which are formed by small and medium-sized enterprises in a specific area through long-term competitions and cooperation.Since fully-developed organizations which extend the industrial chain exist within the cluster,the enterprises have more advantages over traditional ones in resource acquisition,service sharing,lowering transaction costs and maximizing resource utilization.Based on the particularity of the role of enterprises within the cluster and their different roles,this paper divides these enterprises into two parts----demanders and suppliers----and aiming to meet the needs of both sides,this paper comes up with two methods,namely,order matching and resource utilization of wooden boards.For demanders,this paper constructs a model of order matching of wooden boards which is aimed at lowering both the lumber costs and transportation fees,matches the orders and the suppliers within the cluster based upon Artificial Immune Particle Swarm Optimization,and eventually selects the best supplier.For suppliers,this paper constructs a layout model which is aimed at minimizing the residual wooden materials during the processing period and figures out the layout problem based on a hybrid algorithm of Ant Colony Optimization and Genetic Algorithm.Examples are given to demonstrate the validity and practicality of the two methods.Finally,based on the research above,the author designs a wooden boards service management platform for industrial clusters,which satisfies the needs of enterprises via matching the orders and specific layouts,and demonstrates how to use the platform through examples.
