Defect Analysis For OTA System And Optimization Of Software Development Process

At present,the rapid development of the Internet industry has been labeled by fast cash flow,short cycle,frequent iterations and other attributes,especially like OTA(Online Travel Agency),the new Internet industry,which is completely business-driven,software as a technical support to serve the business.Under the background of blindly seeking to business quantification,blindly seeking to the speed of software development while ignoring the quality of software itself has become a common phenomenon of the Internet,It has seriously affected the efficiency of software development,resulting to a huge waste of human,financial and material resources.In this thesis,the author combines more than two years' testing-work experience,Obtain the software defect data of an OTA system and makes specific analysis and research.From the three directions of requirement analysis,software design and testing,the author analyses the shortcomings of the OTA system in this thesis and formulates a new improvement plan,and then improves the defect data after the implementation of the improvement plan.Specific statistical analysis is conducted to verify the rationality and feasibility of the improved scheme.The results show that the optimized software process includes requirement acquisition,requirement collation,requirement document output,requirement design confirmation,requirement review,outline' design,detailed design,unit test,integration test,coding,system test,acceptance test and maintenance.Improving the software quality,as while as optimizes the development process of OTA software system..Due to the fact that the software development process of business-driven Internet industry is based on practice(like OTA),and there is no uniform specification,all OTA enterprises can only optimize the software process according to their own actual situation.Therefore,from the practical experience,in this thesis analyses the reasons for the problems of the system and improves the scheme,achieves the expected purpose and can provide reference for business-driven Internet industry with similar background.
