In the actual industrial process,most of the control systems are in good operation at the initial stage of operation.However,the performance of the control system is reduced,resulted from equipment wear,system failure and other reasons,coupled with the lack of regular maintenance,which will not only reduce the economic benefits of enterprises,but also endanger the safe operation of enterprises.With the rapid development of computer technology and the wide application of distributed control system(DCS),the operation data of control system is more and more easy to obtain,store and analyze.Therefore,how to evaluate and optimize the performance of control system based on operating data has become a hot issue of current research.In this paper,taking single input single output(SISO)control system as the research object and analyzing the types of disturbances,the performance optimization indexes for different disturbance types are summarized.The performance evaluation method of control loop under load disturbance is emphasized,which can realize on-line evaluation.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,the relevant model and index algorithm are established in MATLAB.By collecting,processing and analyzing the operation data of the control system,the corresponding performance indicators can be obtained,therefore,the performance of the control system can be evaluated and recommended according to the comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly,the current advanced intelligent optimization method,differential evolution algorithm,is studied.The development history,basic characteristics and basic principles of differential evolution are introduced.A control loop model based on PI controller is built on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the feasibility of differential evolution algorithm to optimize the parameters of the controller and compare it with genetic algorithm.Experiments show that the difference method has good optimization characteristics.Thirdly,the performance evaluation method of control system based on operation data is applied to GenSystem,by means of compiling the algorithm in Fortran language and creating the performance evaluation algorithm library of control system based on operation data.A typical control loop model is built on the platform to study its performance evaluation under load disturbance.Practice has proved that the performance evaluation method of control system based on operation data has certain engineering practicability.Finally,an intelligent optimization strategy for typical control systems based on operation data under load disturbance is designed.For different disturbances,disturbance detection,data processing and analysis techniques are needed.The optimization interval of PI parameters is adjusted dynamically through the performance indicators of the above research,which greatly reduces the amount of calculation and optimization time,and therefore can find the optimal parameters more quickly.In addition,the proposed intelligent optimization strategy for typical control systems based on operating data is simulated and analyzed in MATLAB,and its theoretical feasibility is verified.
