Cloud computing with flexible "service contract" as the core business characteristics, through the dynamic integration of various types of cloud services to provide users with different granularity of value-added services. Due to the uneven quality of cloud services, will be brought the hidden danger to the user information data security and privacy, which makes it difficult for users to obtain a secure and trusted cloud services composition. Traditional service composition method based on Qo S constraints can not meet user quality of service(Qo S) deep requirements, namely the specification for service trust, therefore trust cloud service composition get extensive attention of many researchers.In this paper, based on trust in the synthesis of cloud services dynamic combination mechanism as the main research content. Through analyzing the problems of the existing cloud service composition trust models, the problem of the service self-trust property is insufficient, put forward the trust property trust evaluation method based on cloud services. On this basis, establishes the calculation model of trust propagation and combination of cloud services, formed the cloud services dynamic combination algorithm based on trust attribute space. In addition, verify the feasibility of the proposed mechanism in the field of electronic government affairs to the public service. At the same time, combined with a series of simulation experiments validate the mentioned mechanism performance. The results show that the proposed mechanism can in a continuously changing environment effectively organization and provide cloud services, improve the success rate of service composition.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, the paper in the research of trusted cloud services were reviewed and analyzing the deficiency of existing cloud services trust model based on the proposed cloud services trust property trust based on decomposition method, through the trust property definition of cloud services, the decomposition is based on trust and the trust test set. The basic trust evaluation problem is modeled as a cloud service attribute judgment problem, and the empirical trust evaluation problem is modeled as a cloud service interaction behavior. So as to realize the trust evaluation mechanism based on the basic trust and experience trust.Secondly, based on the analysis of the mode of communication and the path of trust, this paper proposes a cloud service dynamic composition algorithm based on trust property trust space. The algorithms were constructed based on trust and trust trust space, according to the different paths of trust propagation of forward propagating and counterpropagating, establish different trust computing model. Methods the basis of trust and experience of the application of the trust to cloud services combination trust computing model, so as to improve the service combination of certainty and effectiveness.Thirdly, this paper analyzes and designs the service composition of the public service in e-government system. Verify the feasibility of the trusted cloud service dynamic composition mechanism based on trust in the field of public service egovernment.Finally, this paper is to verify the performance of the proposed mechanism, using Net Logo tools to simulate the cloud environment service composition scenarios, design control experiments to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed mechanism. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the success rate of the service composition, and play a stable performance under the environment of continuous change.
