The traditional microbial detection is performed by specialized inspection staff.In many cases,humans can make this work better than machines and can be analyzed in more detail.However,the efficiency of the inspectors is not as high as that of machines,and long-term mechanical work will make them boring,which will lead to inaccurate detection and reduce the accuracy of test results.In addition,there are many pathogens in the human micro-ecology,and it is easy for the inspectors to suffer.Infections endanger the health and safety of the testing personnel.Because the traditional microbial detection has the above problems,therefore,this thesis based on machine vision system,using machine vision system to replace the degree of testing of the test,to avoid direct contact with the test liquid when the inspection personnel,so as to avoid harmful bacteria infection,testing of damage detection personnel's health and safety.According to the requirements of this test system,this thesis needs to complete the uniform illumination of the light source,the design and optimization of the lens,the selection of the camera and the recognition of image detection.The design part of the light source,about the illumination of the LED point light source,the optical simulation is carried out,so that the illumination uniformity reaches about 95%.In the lens design part,this thesis based on the relevant optical parameters of the camera,then deduces the model parameters with the formula,and use ZEMAX to design the optical lens and optimize it many times to get the desired result.In the image processing part,Hough transform algorithm and canny edge detection operator are selected to improve the accuracy of edge detection and ensure the accuracy of subsequent image recognition and detection judgment.In this thesis,the design process of the machine vision of micro-ecological detection is introduced in detail and the simulation analysis is carried out.
