The Design And Implementation Of Rural Land Management Rights Transfer Based On Blockchain

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,more and more rural laborers are working in cities,causing the land to be idle,and at the same time triggering a large number of disputes over the transfer of land contractual management rights.The blockchain(BlockChain)has the characteristics of decentralization,data transparency and tamper resistance,So this thesis discusses the use of blockchain technology to solve disputes in land circulation.In order to solve the problems of poor standardization,supervision difficulties and information asymmetry of rural land management rights transfer,this thesis is expected to realize the electronic deposit of blockchain in land circulation.This thesis analyzes the theoretical and technical basis of blockchain structure,consensus mechanism,storage and coding,and analyzes the demand of rural land management rights transfer system.Next this thesis gives the overall design,focusing on the design of blockchain basic platform.Furthermore the thesis discusses the Paxos algorithm that has reached the consensus without token.And the thesis improves the original MPT structure,adding the node that stores the list of land transfer account information.Then this thesis designs an account-based distributed storage model,rea-lizing the Efficient storage and query of land transfer account information.Moreover for this new structure model,the data dictionary design of the system is also given.In the system database design,this thesis creates a partial decentralized manage-ment model for the application of rural land management rights transfer,referring to the idea of decentralization of blockchain.The system adopts the data management method combining the blockchain database and the central database.This method realizes the respectively storage of the land circulation data and the uplink data,finally realizes the shared use of data.In the end,this thesis has carried out detailed design and implementation of the rural land management right transfer system,including the main functional modules such as land data uplink,electronic contract management,land transfer certificate,information inquiry and account management.Based on the characteristics of the blockchain,the system manages and supervises the land transfer,realizes the security and transparency of the data,eventually regulates the land transfer process.
