Research On Data Flow Control Management Based On PCC Policy

With the using of smart phones,people's lives people's lives have changed a lot.Smart phones gradually replace the computer,television to make office,entertainment mobile.Therefore,Telecom operators change their voice and short message services based on 2G into data services based on data traffic.Although the data traffic business has developed rapidly,the profitability of data traffic business is very low due to the rough management of operators.In order to solve the problem,the operators have to fine-tune the data traffic management.The PCC(Policy and Charging Control)strategy proposed by the 3GPP organization can solve the problem of rough management of data traffic.In this paper,the principle and structure of PCC strategy are studied deeply,and five aspects of data traffic are discussed.The five aspects of data traffic are TD traffic guidance,high traffic low value user control,P2 P service control,QQ optimization and key user Internet access rate Ascension.For these five strategies,respectively,for its strategic deployment and detailed program design to achieve the suppression of data traffic uncontrolled use,to enhance the experience of different users,improve the utilization of data traffic and operator profit maximization and other purposes.This article is in the XX mobile company PCC strategy design,deployment based on the completion.The paper analyzes the requirements of BOSS system,PCRF network element and other peripheral system,and puts forward the corresponding strategy,and realizes the deployment of each module in PCC.Finally,through the functional test and data analysis of the specific area,the traffic management control system designed in this paper can control the data traffic well,and realize the purpose of maximizing the profitability of the data flow without affecting the user experience.
