Folks,along with the rapid development of mobile communication technology,are enjoying various advantages of the information age while suffering the trouble.In some areas,the signal strength is so poor that cannot offer communication services;and the public are concerning health effects of electromagnetic radiation.Compared with the 2G and 3G communication networks,the 4G network currently performs a wider bandwidth communication service via a higher frequency band.The 5G network has also been put on the agenda,and will soon become the new communication network,which will use higher frequencies and wider bandwidth.Experimental studies have shown that the propagation of 4G network signals is more susceptible to the channel environment than 2G and 3G.Therefore,the accuracy of 4G signal attenuation prediction is more serious.A predictive and accurate propagation model will provide a great reference for the construction of wireless networks.Firstly,the paper introduces the theoretical research on the wireless attenuation theory.Through the research on the propagation mode of wireless signals in the wireless environment and the interference factors in the wireless channel,it analyzes the main causes of signal attenuation and the basic types of signal attenuation.Secondly,it introduces the widely used attenuation prediction model,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various models and the scope of application.Then introduces four algorithms used to fit the data: Ridge Regression based on least squares and L2 regularity,Decision Tree,XGBoost algorithm,and Support Vector Machine based on interpolation method.For different fitted datasets,the fitting results of different algorithms are different.Before comparing the difference between the actual fitting result and the actual experimental data,it is difficult to judge the pros and cons of each algorithm.Therefore,comparing the fitting results of each algorithm in the following and then choosing the algorithm that works best.In the process of correcting the scenario factors,this paper selects three scenarios of rainy weather,forest and crowds.During the experiment,the Lee microcellular model was applied to the wireless signal attenuation prediction in Anning of Lanzhou.The prediction results of the model were analyzed and the scenario correction scheme was determined.By fitting the data in a specific scenario,using 80% of the data to fit,and using 20% of the data to verify the fitting results.Based on the results of fitting,the four algorithms in different scenarios are compared.The best algorithm for fitting the results is used as a model correction algorithm for a specific scenario.The verification results of the data fitting show that the correction results are basically consistent with the actual results of the actual scenario,and the standard deviation of the prediction error and the mean of error are all within the acceptable range.The correction result of the scenario can be effectively applied to the correction of the prediction model for different scenarios,thereby correcting the signal attenuation caused by the scenario factor.The revised prediction model can provide guidance and reference for wireless communication network planning and optimization of existing networks.The critical work of this paper is to extract the quantized scenario parameters for different scenario features,and to fit the scenario parameters based on the acquisition of numerous measured data,and propose the correction factor of the model prediction in this scenario.At the end of the paper,it analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the article in the process of experiment and data processing for the scenario parameters extracted during the experiment and the different algorithms used in fitting the data,summarizes the correction results of different scenarios,and proposes the next work plan and prospects.
