| The Diaoqiang Opera,which is called Gaodiao or Gaoqiang in Shaoxing,is a kind of Gao Qiang Opera in the eastern Zhejiang.Existing only in Xinchang County of Shaoxing now,so it has been known as the “Xinchang Diaoqiang Opera”.In 2006,Diaoqiang Opera was enrolled in the first batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage list.There is a batch of treasured scripts of Diaoqiang Opera housed in Xinchang County Archives,Fudan University Library and FU Si-nian Library,which were collected from Xinchang and Shaoxing,and a few from Ninghai.Among them,the Xinchang County Archives' are the largest in number,rich in content and complex in whole.As the first hand data of Diaoqiang Opera,the copies of Diaoqiang Opera have high academic value assuredly.Taking the copies of Diaoqiang Opera of Xinchang County Archives,Fudan University Library and FU Si-nian Library as the research object,this paper explores the various aspects of them,including the form and the dating methods,the editing and the plays,the tunes and rhyme,the folk characters and the phrases and words,in order to tap the literature value and the linguistic value of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera.In the preface,the study survey of the copies of traditional Chinese opera and the Diaoqiang Opera,the significance of both the bibliography of manuscripts and the editing of the copies of traditional Chinese opera are described.Then the object of study,the research ideas,the concepts of Gaoqiang and Diaoqiang Opera are explained.Chapter one studies the form,the style,the written symbol and the dating methods of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera.The variety and the origin of the written symbol of the singing also are found out.In Chapter two,the paper analyses the literature value of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera,and points out the shortcomings of the oral data by comparison.Then,the paper summarizes the dating methods of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera by its types.Chapter three discusses how to do the research on the plays of Diaoqiang Opera by taking advantage of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera.On the one hand,the paper enumerates a list of the plays of the Southern Opera(Nanxi)in Yuan Dynasty and Ming Dynasty,and discusses the research methods of them with examples.On the other hand,Combining the three methods of internal evidence,circumstantial evidence and the investigation of the copies,this paper infers the age of creation of the Shixi plays of Diaoqiang Opera.In Chapter four,the paper studies the tunes and rhyme of Diaoqiang Opera.While pointing out mistakes of the book Diaoqiang Qupaiji and Diaoqiang Yuefu,the paper summarizes the combination mode of the tunes and the rules of rhyme based on the copies of Diaoqiang Opera,and expounds 15 rhyme categories of Diaoqiang Opera,including the dongzhong,gemu,juyu,zhisi,jiwei,huihui,jielai,jiama,jiangyang,hanshan,xianhuan,youhou,zhen'geng and chezhe.Chapter five discusses the folk characters and the phrases and words in the copies of Diaoqiang Opera.The paper sorts out the main types of the folk characters with examples and studies some of difficult folk characters.Then,the paper analyses the characteristics of the folk phrases and words,and studies some of them based on the copies of Diaoqiang Opera.Appendix I is the catalogue of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera housed in Xinchang County Archives,divided into the late Qing Dynasty's,the Period of the Republic of China's and the unspecified.Appendix II researchs on the the Southern Opera play Cailouji.Appendix III brings together the common folk characters of the copies of Diaoqiang Opera. |
