Kerosene fuel is stored in a closed tank with nitrogen atmosphere and pressure for the storage cycle of 18 months,during which the presence of kerosene propellant will leak,and thus to the installation of kerosene sensor for detecting the leakage condition and alarm and information transmission.The kerosene sensor need calibration before used,and also during the process it requires periodic calibration.At present,the research working about organic liquid steam sensor and its measuring technology was very little.According to the need of engineering application,this paper has carried on the design of kerosene steam sensor calibration device which meet the requirements of kerosene sensor calibration.Based on the requirement of kerosene propellant steam sensor calibration function,through the analysis of the composition and characteristics of kerosene propellant for the standard material optimization,and breaking through the key technical difficulties such as the calibration system of saturated vapor pressure technology,flow control and standard gas mixture,and through the design and contrast to select a more reasonable measurement scheme,this paper complete the whole control system design of the kerosene steam sensor calibration device.The hardware design of the control system of kerosene steam sensor calibration device mainly includes:the display and control module,the buttons and control modules,precision flow controller,temperature measurement and control module and control module,etc.System software design includes:PC configuration screen and program design,lower computer MSP430 MCU control program design.The design carried on the hardware and software anti-jamming technology which make the kerosene sensor calibration device can produce kerosene vapor concentration in the range of 1000-15000ppm and continuously adjustable through the precise control of flow rate,temperature,improve the accuracy of kerosene steam generator.This calibration device implements the kerosene sensor calibration.The design raises density deviation correction algorithm,signal digital filter algorithm,temperature tracking compensation method,completes the kerosene steam calibration device and carries on the preliminary test and error analysis.The analysis of the experimental results show that the design can meet the requirement of the kerosene steam concentration range and the kerosene steam accuracy,and it also can implement the calibration of various kerosene sensor.
