With the gradual deepening of China's industrial structure reform and upgrading,scientific and technological innovation has gradually become the driving force for China's economic development.A large number of scientific and technological innovation enterprises have also emerged rapidly with the support of policies.The healthy development of these start-up technology enterprises is of great significance to China's economic and social development.However,due to the unfavorable factors such as unstable income and limited scale,the development of private technology enterprises in the initial stage is often restricted,and the enterprises are solved at the start-up.The financing problem of the period means that the development of the enterprise has a strong guarantee.Among the many private technology enterprises in China,Huawei is a model of development.In the fierce market competition environment,it stands out from a small-scale manufacturing company with low-end production and becomes an international technology giant.In the initial stage,Huawei's employee shareholding financing has also attracted the attention of many start-up technology companies in China.Therefore,the analysis of Huawei's employee shareholding financing during the initial period has certain reference value for other enterprises in China to implement similar financing methods.This paper takes Huawei employees' shareholding financing as the starting point of analysis,based on the theory of domestic and foreign employee stock ownership,and contacts the actual situation of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial period,and then explores the motives and effects of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial period.On the basis of reading a large number of related literatures at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the main points of this paper by means of inductive summarization,and then constructs the analytical research framework of this paper.This article explores the case of Huawei employee shareholding financing in the initial period with five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter first introduces the background and significance of this case study.Secondly,it sorts out the domestic and foreign literatures related to employee stock ownership.Finally,it expounds the analysis logic and the research framework of this paper.From the research on employee shareholding financing at home and abroad in recent years,it can be seen that there are relatively few literatures on the analysis of employee shareholding financing in private technology enterprises in the initial stage by case study.Therefore,this paper takes Huawei as the research entry point in the initial stage.I hope to provide some reference and reference for domestic enterprise financing practice.The second chapter expounds the definition,characteristics and employee shareholding theory of employee stock ownership financing,paving the way for the case analysis part of Chapter 4.The third chapter introduces the case of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial period.Firstly,it briefly introduces the financing of Huawei and its employees,and then introduces the design and implementation of Huawei's employee shareholding financing plan.The fourth chapter analyzes the motives and effects of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial period.In the initial period,Huawei implemented employee shareholding financing.On the one hand,it is the unequal demand for funds and the unequal external financing;on the other hand,it is reasonable to disperse the financial risks of Huawei during the initial period and achieve effective incentives for talents.The fifth chapter is divided into two parts.The first is to summarize the case of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial period.The second is to clarify the enlightenment brought by Huawei's employee shareholding financing method on the basis of case summary.Through the analysis of the case,the paper draws the following conclusions: The good growth prospect is an important thrust for the implementation of Huawei's employee shareholding financing in the initial period.The high R&D investment is the guarantee for the implementation of Huawei's employee shareholding financing in the initial period,and the clever employee shareholding financing design.It is a means to alleviate Huawei's financing pressure during the initial period.Huawei's employee shareholding financing has brought us a lot of inspirations,such as focusing on R&D investment to promote the return of investment in enterprises,attaching importance to the cultivation of core competitiveness of enterprises to promote the long-term development of enterprises and the financing of employee stock ownership should be designed in combination with the characteristics of enterprise life cycle.This paper mainly uses literature research method and case study method to analyze.Based on the detailed analysis of Huawei employees' shareholding financing case in the initial stage,this paper focuses on the implementation motivation and implementation effect of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial stage.This paper evaluates the implementation effect of Huawei employees' shareholding financing from the financial and non-financial perspectives,and analyzes the impact of employee shareholding financing on Huawei's financing ability in the initial period.At present,domestic scholars mainly study the role of employee stock ownership in improving corporate governance,and pay less attention to the improvement of financing ability of private technology enterprises in the initial stage.Therefore,from the perspective of theory and practice,this paper analyzes the case of Huawei employees' shareholding financing in the initial stage,and provides some inspirations for the implementation of similar financing schemes for science and technology enterprises in China.
