The concentration of this writing was to determine elements touching the acceptance of B2 C ecommerce among SMEs in Nairobi.This study looked at four factors which include information technology infrastructure,organization factor,security factors and lastly legislation factors,in this thesis paper the design used for the analysis was descriptive nature.All papers have objectives,and this one's sole purpose was to understand the entire reason behind acceptance of e-commerce and draw an empirical conclusion that is inclusive,target sample was 4,560 Nairobi based SMEs,with questionnaire given to all the managers and stakeholders who run these ebusiness corporations,the questionnaire included questions that would favor the respondent's view,its consisted of short multiple choice questions and a section that would also give the responded a chance to explain further if need be.According to the study technological infrastructure and organizational factor have significant strong positive relationship,also the study underscored solid and important confident affiliation in regard to organization factors and security factors,furthermore the results also shows there is a positive and strong significance between technological infrastructure and legislation factors.Furthermore minor weak affiliation in regard to organizational factor and legislation factors showing in the P-value and relationship constant,the results also shows presence of an insignificant moderate positive relationship between legislation factors and security factors as proved by the Pearson correlation coefficient.Following the study Technological infrastructure contributed more in regard to acceptance of B2 C e-commerce followed thereafter Security factors,and followed by Legislation factors and finally organizational factorThe study therefore recommended that SMEs in Nairobi and other parts of Kenya should invest more in technology,and also see to it that customers gain their trust when it comes to security matters by creating awareness on how to do business on line,and also the government should come up with legislations that favors the prosperity of e-commerce and lastly,the study also recommended that managers and organization develop a culture of advancement in regard to technology and online business sites.
