Research On QD City Cross-border Trade Platform Based On Blockchain

As international cross-border trade developing rapidly,the “One Belt,One Road”initiative and Sino-US trade friction have brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of cross-border trade.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have proposed to improve the business environment and to support trade facilitation decisions,which set challenges for optimizing cross-border trade processes and improving trade service levels.As a internet technology in the new generation,blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization,non-tamperability and traceability,making it possible to develop efficient and credible trading activities between trade entities that lacking trust.Through the construction of a cross-border trade platform based on blockchain technology,a credible cross-border trade business chain will be built to achieve deep integration of blockchain technology and cross-border trade in transactions,finance,logistics,and supervision;meanwhile,there are expected share of information,breaking information isolation,optimization of trade logistics,creation of a trusting,convenient,efficient and traceable trading environment,and a gradual formation of a new trade facilitation ecology.This paper analyzes the pain points and needs of various industries in cross-border trade in the four perspectives of enterprise,finance,logistics and supervision;the development process of cross-border trade and the significance of trust mechanism in cross-border trade.Using the method of PEST,the article figures out the industry background of the regional trade block chain platform,constructs the business and technical solutions of the QD city cross-border trade platform based on the block chain,coms the uplink data fields of each participating entity,clarifies the business model,builds the technical body structure,and proposes scenarios and logic flow charts.Finally,the paper proposes a key path for the implementation of the cross-border trade block chain platform,and provides reference for the future exploration and application of block chain in cross-border trade by focusing on the integration and application of block chain and other new technologies,the legal issues faced by the cross-border trade block chain platform and construction of a global cross-border trade network.
