With the upgrading of military electronic equipment and the need for advanced?flne qulity and sophisticated weapon development,the technical property,reliability and storage performance of military electronic components raised higher requirements,in this case,the tantalum case capacitor with non-solid electrolytes highlighted its advantages.The ideal design of combining product strcture,electrical performance reliability,production technology and quality control is the perfect idea in tantalum electrolytic capacitor.It not only maintains the advantages of the non-solid tantalum electrolytic capacitor,but also improves the sealing performance and reliability of the product due to the optimal design of its intermal structure,the change of outer case and insulator materials.and the use of laser welding technology therefore the sealing performance and reliability of the product is greatly improved.More importantly,all tantalum capacitors have the strong advantage of higher reverse voltage resistance and large ripple current resistance,which are irreplaceable for the other non-solid electrolyte capacitors.And known by foreign reliability experts asi4the product that never fails".And therefore,constant improvement of stability and reliability is essential for the development of non-solid electrolytic tantalum case capacitors.In this paper,the cathode manufacturingtechnology of Tantalum case capacitors with non-solid electrolytes was studied and analyzed.The cathode production technology and process technology were optimized.The quality of cathode oxid film was improved by selecting the cathode cylinder powder and the collovationg retio of the adhesive,the density of the cathode oylinder,the sintering temperature and the process,the selection of cathode cylinder forming liquid,and the determination of the current.Then prevent the production failure due to the performance of cathode tube,improve the performance of non-solid electrolytes all tantalum capacitor.With the guidance sintering theory,dielectric film formatin theory3cathode capacitance theory,electric conducting theory of electrolyte,cathode manufacturing technology for non-solid electrolutic tantalum case capacitors is researched in this paper.Related parameters affected dielectric film quality has been deeply analyzed.Cathode manufacturing processes and process parameters have been optimized on the base of original technology and processes.Technology difficulties have been resolved by means of selection of tantalum powder for cathode liner,binder formulation,pressing density for cathode liner,sintering temperature,selection of cathode liner formation solvent,determinati on of formation current and etc.electrolytic formulation and various electrical performances have been fully tested by series of tests,such as 2000 hours high temperature loading duration tests at 85? and 125?,2000 hours AC current ripple life test,thermal shock test,high frequency vibration test and random duration test.The measured values at room temperature and low and high temperature has improved obviously.Electrical parameter drift have been imoroved effectively before and after life test.Expected goal has been obtained.
