Research on metal ions and methamphetamine has always been a very important topic.After years of research and exploration,biological and chemical sensing applications for special wettability surfaces have grown considerably.It has a wide application prospect in the field of detection,and the detection sensitivity has also been significantly improved.In this paper,we are working on the development of a new type of sensor-the reactive wettability sensor.The principle is based on the detection of the surface wettability caused by the reaction between the analyte and the sensor is used as a sensing signal for analysis and detection.The main contents are as follows:1.The methamphetamine aptamer is chemically deposited on a glass substrate and hydrophobicization.In this way,the sensor unit is prepared.Due to the aptamer and the force acting through hydrogen bonding and static electricity,it can be folded into a unique spatial structure,so that high affinity with the target and high specificity combine to make the hydrophobic coating corrode,thus providing accurate on-site detection.The detection performance of the sensor for methamphetamine and its analogues was evaluated by the change of contact angle.2.Synthesis of three azo-based imidazole compounds:azoimidazole,o-methoxyazoimidazole,p-nitroazoimidazole.The sensor unit is formed by coating three azo imidazole compounds on the surface of the originally hydrophilic cobalt oxide nanoneedle.The coordination reaction of metal ions with azoimidazole compounds changes the wettability of the sensor surface and changes the frictional surface of the sensor.In this paper,two different methamphetamine and metal ion sensors were designed.By using aptamers or azo compounds chemical species recognition was used to distinguish several substances.This change in wettability was used as the sensing signal.The method has certain reference and use value in other detection directions.
