Research On Interpersonal Communication Thoughts Of Pre-Qin Confucianism From The Superior Man's Interpersonal Communication

Culture has an important influence on people,the most important function of culture lies in the cultivation and edification of people.As an important part of the Chinese traditional culture,the gentleman culture shines in the history of the river with its unique spiritual temperament and character,infiltrating the generations of Chinese children."The gentleman's friendship is as light as water,and the villain's friendship is sweet."The "Gentleman's Friendship" from the gentleman culture is a very special category of interpersonal communication in Chinese communication,and it is an ideal type.This mode of communication is both Eastern and Chinese.It has not only been widely recognized and praised by the thinkers and literati of the past,but also by the people of all walks of life,including the poor people.The Analects of Confucius is a classic work of Confucianism expounding the culture of the superior man.It records the Confucian detailed expositions on the cultivation of the t superior man,the value scale,the norms of behavior,the realm of mind,the code of conduct and the pursuit of goals.This paper mainly adopts the text analysis method and the literature research method,and takes the text of The Analects of Confucius as the research center,supplemented by The Homely Talks of Confucius,Mencius,Xunzi and Rites,and other Confucian related books and historical works,which will roughly process the interpersonal relationship.It is divided into three stages of encounter,intersection and stamina.From these three stages,we analyze the communication mode of "the intersection of the superior man",an d specifically discuss what kind of communication mode it is?How to communicate in this mode of communication and the practical significance of this kind of communication mode for cultivating harmonious interpersonal relationship and building a harmonious society in contemporary China.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the discussion of related concepts.It mainly introduces the culture of the superior man and Interpersonal communication.Through the combing of the historical evolution of the the superior man,the basic connotation of the superior man's culture is clarified.The scope and characteristics of the "the superior man's Interpersonal communication" in this study are defined.The second chapter to the fourth chapter are the main parts of the thesis.These three chapters focus on how the communication takes place under the mode of "the superior man's Interpersonal communication".The second chapter analyzes the premise of the the superior man's interaction in the encounter,including the general principle of communication and the personal cultivation of the superior man.Then it expounds the communication relationship among the superior men,which is centered on the "fun" and under this relationship.The object of the superior man's interaction is to communicate with whom and not with whom.The third chapter discusses how the superior man uses the medium of language to communicate in the intersection stage,including the attitude of the superior man to speak,the size of the speech,the timing of the speech and the modification of the language.The main content of the the superior man's interaction is discussed from the two aspects of self-cultivation and administration.The fourth chapter analyzes the communication norms and communication effects of the superior man's interactions in the stalemate stage.When the superior men are in interpersonal communication,it is necessary not only to establish the concept of ritual,to learn the knowledge of rituals,to understand the rules of rituals,but also to ask for the ritual standards and to practice rituals in actual actions.The superior man is a manifestation of the "harmony" of ancient philosophy,embodying "harmony" with the image of the superior man and constructing the ideal realm of "harmony" in the world through the "intersection of the superior man",which is the effect of the spread of "the superior man's Interpersonal communication."The last chapter discusses the influence of the "the superior man's Interpersonal communication" on the current communication with interest as the core.From this,I think about the inspiration of this kind of communication mode to standardize the communication behavior,correct the communication concept,and cultivate the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
