Market method is one of the three basic methods for Enterprise Valuation.It has the advantages of easier to operat,the result is closer to market value and easier to be accepted for parties.The international research on the application of the market method of enterprise value assessment has formed a relatively perfect system.Market method has become a widely used method of Enterprise Valuation.In contrast,the research on the application of market method of enterprise value assessment is not much in China.In addition,due to the capital market and information infrastructure used in market method are slow and the existence of some technical problems in the evaluation,the accuracy of the application of the market method of Enterprise Valuation needs to be improved,resulting in the market method has not been widely used in the Enterprise Valuation in our country.The role of market method in simplifying Enterprise Valuation,enhancing the comprehensibility of evaluation results and providing more valuable reference for economic activities has not been given full play.The research on the market method of Enterprise Valuation is not only helpful to understand the market method and the basic concepts and theories of Enterprise Valuation,but also promotes the discussion of the relevant knowledge of economics and asset appraisal.It also helps to improve the accuracy of the application of the market method by enriching the theoretical research on the application of the market method of Enterprise Valuation.Instruct asset appraisal professionals to understand and use market method correctly and provide reference for asset appraisal industry association to perfect market method application specification.This paper uses literature research method,qualitative analysis method and case analysis method.Taking Yinji Enterprise Valuation as example analysis key assessment implementation process deeply,including the main evaluation factors of the market law evaluation,the choice of market method and comparable companies,selection and adjustment of value ratios,adjustment of liquidity discounts,and measurement of assessment results.Some problems are found.The problems including the existence of the comparable company and the improper selection of the value ratio,and the low accuracy of the adjustment of the difference factors,the objectivity of the evaluation results is not strong.Facing the basis of the actual situation of the capital market and asset appraisal industry in our country,it is proposed to strengthen the capital market and the construction of the information infrastructure of the application of the market method,selecting comparable company and value ratio,paying attention to the quantitative adjustment of differentiation factors,enhancing the objectivity of evaluation results,and so on.These suggestions are helpful to enhance the accuracy of the application of market method of enterprise value evaluation and provide more valuable reference basis for economic activities.
