In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic economy and the improvement of people's life,the morbidity and mortality of stroke increased evidently,and the existing methods of home care have been difficult to meet the needs of patients for stroke.In view of the problems faced by the home care them and the needs proposed by the Nursing College of ZhengZhou University,which caused the design of the paper and the implement of the desktop robot system for stroke patients.The system includes voice interaction,image recognition,message middleware and patient service.Among them,the voice interaction system provides voice operation support,the image recognition system recognizes people in video,and the message middleware is responsible for the communication between modules.As the most important of the desktop robot system,the patient service subsystem realizes the basic services such as data interaction,seamless sensor access,intelligent human-computer interaction,real-time connection of health sensors,etc.The patient service subsystem to achieve the health data acquisition and preliminary analysis,remind,intelligent care(and intelligent remote care ward)and rehabilitation guidance,etc.The main work is as follows:(1)The needs analysis phase uses field surveys and on-site interviews to communicate with the Nursing College staff and stroke patients,using the use case map and domain model in UML and use case scenarios to establish a demand analysis model to clarify the purpose of the system.(2)The design phase of the system completes the design of the system network topology,hierarchy and database logical structure,and establishes the core architecture of the system.(3)Describe the business process of the system in detail through sequence diagram,class diagram and flow chart in the detailed design stage;Finally,the system is implemented by MVP and MVVM mode using Java Web and Android development technology.(4)Analyzed the difficult technology in the system-generating thermodynamic chart of intelligent ward,designed and realized the thermodynamic chart module composed of lidar composition,image fusion,Faster-R-CNN algorithm target detection,target ranging based on camera imaging model,and visualization of thermodynamic chart of motion trajectory.The patients service subsystem of stroke desktop robot has been tested by the Nursing College of ZhengZhou University and tested by the community.To some extent,this system solves the problem that it is difficult to meet the needs of professional care for stroke patients at home,and lays a foundation for the promotion and implementation of mobile medicine.
