Construction Of Archives Weibo Impact Evaluation Index System

The earliest archives opened in China's Weibo platform was in 2009.After that,after the continuous improvement and anti-exhibition of the Weibo platform,after 2013,China's archives at all levels began to open microblog accounts on a continuous basis.Weibo conducts archival activities.The initial file activity was limited to the relevant rules in the archives and the introduction of the archives itself.Today,the archives began to use Weibo to carry out archival work with the archives,including archives news,collections and activities.Wait.The existing platform of the WeChat public account has scientifically ranked its operations,and the archives microblog platform has no corresponding evaluation indicators.Therefore,based on the summary of the operation of Weibo,this paper introduces the concept of “ influence ” of communication,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the operation of the archives microblog platform as influence,from the perspective of influence.The museum's Weibo platform is evaluated.This article includes the following four sections:The first part is the “Design Principles of the Archives Weibo Impact Evaluation Index System”.Only when certain principles are followed can the established indicator system be scientific and reasonable.The second part is the design of the evaluation framework of the influence of the microblog of the archives.Through the reference to the relevant evaluation index system and the characteristics of archival science,the impact evaluation index reflecting the characteristics of the archives is designed.Then,through the questionnaire and the corresponding calculation formula,the weights of each indicator are calculated.The third part is the “Empirical Test of the Evaluation System of the Impact of Weibo's Weibo ”.First,a representative provincial archives will be extracted by geographical means,and its influence will be evaluated.The second is to evaluate the influence of users on the influence of the archives on the data collection and distribution questionnaires of the archives microblog homepage.Finally,a comparative analysis of the influence of the selected archives on Weibo.The fourth part is “Recommendations for the improvement of the influence of thearchives on Weibo ”.Combined with the problems analyzed in the third part of the evaluation results,three suggestions are proposed.
