With the progress of science and technology and the popularization of smart sensor technology,smart wearing equipment has moved from laboratory to consumer market and changed the function and form of traditional products.The design of products for the elderly also ushered in new opportunities and challenges.However,the existing design of intelligent wear products does not take into account the particularity of the elderly consumer groups,and there is still a lack of systematic analysis and calculation from the internal function of products to the appearance design.It is not difficult to find out that the systematic calculation and analysis of the design and market status of intelligent wear products for the elderly can hopefully change the satisfaction of the elderly to the existing products.The high status quo makes it more necessary for our country to enter the age of aging.The purpose of this paper is to construct the relationship between the emotional image of the elderly and the design of intelligent wearing products from the emotional needs of the elderly.Firstly,based on the concept of perceptual design,the concepts,classifications and statistical analysis methods of perceptual engineering and intelligent wear products are elaborated.Combined with the changes of human functions of the elderly groups,the functionality and development trend of intelligent wear products for the elderly are analyzed.Then,taking the representative intelligent Bracelet in the intelligent wearing products for the elderly as an example,starting from the emotional needs of the elderly,the design elements and principles affecting the intelligent bracelet are analyzed.Secondly,through on-site interviews and questionnaires,we collect and classify the emotional function demand factors of the elderly intelligent bracelet.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,we construct the evaluation index body and judgment matrix of the intelligent Bracelet function.According to the operation rules of analytic hierarchy process,we calculate the weight of the function of the intelligent bracelet and rank and locate it.Combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the qualitative evaluation of the intelligent bracelet is made by evaluation is presented in quantitative form to verify the reliability of functional positioning.Finally,with the help of focus group preliminary selection of samples and emotional words,MDS scale analysis and cluster analysis are used to determine the representative samples and emotional words of the bracelet,Greyrelational analysis is used to determine the elements of the bracelet modeling,combined with multiple regression analysis and quantitative theory type I to construct the corresponding relationship between the elements of intelligent bracelet modeling and the emotional image of the elderly,with the help of the mean square method.The root error verifies the feasibility of the corresponding relationship.Integrating the perceptual design concept into the design of intelligent wear products for the emotional needs of the elderly provides new ideas and innovative points for the design and development of intelligent wear products for the elderly,provides theoretical and technical support for the later product development and development of designers,and expects to play a positive role in assisting the life of the elderly and alleviating the status of social pension.
