The national economic level is constantly improving,and the economy has entered a stage of rapid development.With the increasing competition in the market,in order to realize the development strategy and occupy a place in the market,enterprises should ensure to complete the annual production and operation goals according to the plan.To ensure the completion of annual production and operation targets in a quality and quantity manner,especially to control the sales and collection business,because sales and collection business is particularly important in business activities.Sound internal control of sales and collection business can ensure the steady growth of sales business,standardize sales behavior,and avoid various risks in the sales process.In today's market,the enterprise to improve the market competitiveness,realize the management goal,the more the accounts receivable that commercial credit behavior,although the help enterprise to a certain extent,increased sales,improved the enterprise in the market share,but at the same time,increased the enterprise accounts receivable and bad debts preparation,improved the chances of bad debts produce,increased the enterprise risk.At the same time,a large amount of accounts receivable leads to the delay of the time when the enterprise returns funds,which affects the operation of enterprise funds and causes the enterprise to lose a lot of opportunity costs.In the long run,this will have an impact on the normal operation of the enterprise,making the enterprise into operating difficulties.Comply with the national policy support,media companies entered the stage of rapid development in recent years,in order to get more customers,increase market share and media companies to change the original sale and settlement patterns,also take more financing and settlement,this approach to a certain extent,increased the customer base,but also led to the production of accounts receivable,raised the risk of bad debts.Moreover,media enterprises have a great demand for working capital in production and operation activities,especially in the content production of the core link of media enterprises,which needs a large amount of cash to support.If too much use of credit sales settlement,and accounts receivable can not be collected in time,it is easy to lead to enterprise liquidity strain,will have a significant impact on the enterprise.Therefore,the internal control of sales and collection business is particularly important for media enterprises.S media company has been established for more than 30 years.In recent years,ithas actively grasped the national macro policies,continuously developed and innovated,and made great breakthroughs in the development of advertising business.In order to expand business,attract customers and improve market share,S media enterprises adopted more settlement methods of credit sales,which led to the continuous increase in the amount of receivables and related units.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the formation of receivables of S media enterprise,extracts the basic financial indicators of S media enterprise from 2015 to 2018,and makes a specific analysis of the generation,processing and settlement of S media enterprise's sales and collection business by combining the internal control process and regulations of the enterprise's sales and collection business.This paper is divided into six chapters,and the specific contents are as follows:Part one,introduction.Summarize the research background and significance of this paper,comprehensively comb and review the relevant literature on internal control research,sales and collection business internal control research and media enterprise sales and collection internal control research,through the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars argument after literature review,research ideas and research methods,will use the method of case analysis of S media enterprise in-depth analysis and concluded that finally introduced the paper research content and the basic framework.The second part,sales and collection of internal control theory overview.From the two aspects of sales and receiving,this paper summarizes the internal control target of sales and receiving,the main risk points of sales and receiving internal control and the particularity of sales and receiving business of media enterprises.The third part introduces the internal control status of S media enterprises' sales and collection business.This paper introduces the basic situation of the case enterprise,sales and collection business status and internal control regulations and procedures of sales and collection business.Through the basic financial indicators of S media enterprise in recent four years,it analyzes the overall situation of internal management and control of the enterprise.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the internal control of sales and collection business.From the two aspects of sales and payment collection,this paper analyzes the problems of internal control and explores its deep reasons.The fifth part is the improvement suggestion part of the case enterprise.Based on the analysis on the part of the media S enterprise sales and credit problems and reasons existing in the internal control,combined with the internal control theory,from the sales management,improve customer credit management system and credit approval,strengthening theinternal control staff responsibility consciousness to strengthen information transmission mechanism and establish and improve the accounts receivable management system this four aspects put forward concrete Suggestions for improvement.The sixth part,the conclusion part.Combined with the case analysis above,the research conclusion is drawn and the full text is summarized.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper are explained.This paper takes S media enterprise as an example,through a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the internal control system and process of S media enterprise's sales and collection business,it concludes that under the economic globalization market environment with huge competitive pressure,perfect internal control of sales and collection business can help the development of the enterprise and improve its competitiveness.Enterprises to improve internal control,develop a reasonable internal control system for sales and payment business can not only help enterprises find defects in the sales management process,but also improve the enterprise's operating efficiency,enhance enterprise competitiveness.
