It is said that innovation is the first driving force,and talent is the first resource concept which is very popular in China.As an important subject of talent bearing-enterprises,the competition for talent recruitment is becoming increasingly fierce.The essence of talent competition is the competition for human resources,and it is also the embodiment of the important value of "human" in productivity.With the rapid development of Internet of Things,Cloud Computing,Big Data,Artificial Intelligence and other technologies,enterprises need to find an effective way to meet their own development in the competitive market environment,on the other hand,they need to adapt to the tremendous changes brought about by Internet era and information technology.Under the severe situation of human resources competition,it is necessary for social enterprises to consider the innovation of human resources management,especially recruitment,which is the most direct link to contact with talents.This paper chooses a state-owned enterprise in Suzhou named GK Company of Suzhou Industrial Park as the research object.According to the research mode of "referring to basic theory-finding and raising problems-deeply studying problems-putting forward solutions",combines the research results of human resources recruitment management in daily management,and uses information technology such as cloud computing and big data to deeply analyze the company.The current situation of human resources and the problems in recruitment management put forward a solution to meet the current and future recruitment needs of GK Park-cloud recruitment management platform,which can break through the company's current management dilemma,improve the effectiveness of recruitment,and realize the systematization and scientificalization of recruitment.The second chapter of this paper introduces the theoretical basis and guiding significance.The main contents include human resources management theory,enterprise recruitment management knowledge,enterprise information construction and cloud computing,big data related content,etc.The theory of human resources management introduces the connotation and characteristics of human resources management,as well as the recruitment channels and systems of enterprises.Enterprise informatization mainly involves informatization connotation and system platform construction,etc.In addition,the concepts,types and application practice of cloud computing and big data are briefly introduced.The third part mainly explains the concepts,types and application practice of cloud computing and big data.Chapter three introduces the current situation and problems of recruitment management of Park GK Company.By investigating the current situation of human resources and recruitment management in GK Company,this paper analyses the existing problems and opportunities for future management practice from the perspectives of strategic transformation,business development,information construction and talent team.Chapter 4 introduces the construction plan of cloud recruitment management platform of GK Company.In order to solve the current management problems and build a cloud recruitment management platform,this paper systematically expounds the construction objectives,structure design and application functions of the platform.The fifth chapter introduces the construction strategy of cloud recruitment management platform of GK Company.Starting from the construction of cloud recruitment management platform of GK Company,this paper conducts analysis and Research on specific construction strategies,including cultivating cloud management consciousness,integrating recruitment system,equipping work organization,strengthening technology and financial support,etc.Through introducing new technology platform,this paper hopes to help enterprises deeply understand the importance of recruitment management,enhance their attention to recruitment planning,system,team and information construction,constantly improve the internal human resources management system,continuously improve the level of recruitment management,and ultimately play the role of gathering talents,reducing costs,improving efficiency and enhancing brand competitiveness.
