Study On Application Of Image Cloud Computing In Commercial Banks

As an engine which can promote automation,intellectualization and digitalization in banking business,image processing technology has been used more and more widely.Meanwhile the data storage model based on cloud computing platform makes cloud service playing a more and more important role in commercial banking system.Therefore,by applying image processing technology to those systems involving image services in commercial bank,it not only can save the long-term operating cost,but also can implement the centralized and unified regulation on business data.This will have significance meaning on resource sharing and efficiency improvement on business processing.This paper has in-depth study on the principle of design and implementation for image content management system based on cloud computing.It can adapt to fast building and expansion for banking business system,simplify the business process for commercial bank and improve work efficiency.To build the image content management system,the major programming languages used are C,C++ and JAVA,the major development environment used is Eclipse,application framework used for system development is Spring,the database used for managing data is Oracle(a relational database management system),the platform used for managing the life cycle of image data is FileNet,and performance testing tool used is LoadRunner to make sure system can still be functioning even with high concurrent request.The layout recognition and layout matching technology has been analyzed and optimized in this system.For the layout recognition,it mainly optimized the algorithm for image smoothing and image tilt processing by reducing image noise and image correction to improve the recognition rate for financial bill layout.It also realized the automation on layout recognition and result matching by adopting the layout matching technology.To meet the digital management requirements of commercial bank bills,it is required for this system to identify bill elements and differentiate those elements among bills from different commercial banks,therefore,Optical Character Recognition(OCR)technology is used in this system to identify bill elements,it also studied character cutting technology,printed character recognition and handwritten character recognition technology and applied these three technologies to different business scenarios to realize the automation on processing basic information of bills.The work flow and components provided by the cloud computing based image content management system has built a solid technical foundation for banking innovation,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of the bank.
